Engineering Delivery Process
The design-stage 3D-printed master is not the production mould. A separate production mould is made only after the design and master model are approved.
- Develop the project design from the client’s requirements.
- Create a 3D-modelled and 3D-printed master, or a sculpted master model.
- Make a separate production mould after the design and master model are approved.
- Cast and demould the product sections.
- Assemble the sections and repair seams or surface details.
- Test the assembly and intended functional or visual effect.
- Apply the confirmed color and surface finish.
- Package the finished product.
- Assemble and commission the installation on site.
