Yes. Every model in this catalogue already has its own production mould, so a standard order starts at casting and demoulding, followed by assembly and repair, testing, colouring and packing.

A custom design starts with a master model, made either by 3D printing or by a sculptor. Once the design and the master model are approved, a separate production mould is made before casting begins; the remaining steps are the same as for a catalogue model. This route is quoted as a custom design requiring a new production mould, not as production without a mould.

All catalogue models are cast poly-resin with a natural sandstone-look finish, formed in production moulds. They are not natural sandstone, marble, bronze or travertine.

Illuminated models need a power supply within reach. Non-electrical models such as balustrade sections only need a firm, level, load-bearing surface.

Clean the surface with clean water and a soft cloth without using strong acids, strong alkalis or abrasive cleaners. Periodically inspect the surface, connections and stability; the maintenance interval depends on the installation environment. Disconnect electrical power before maintaining an illuminated model.
